FAQ
LUMAZI uses the highest quality, full grain leather in the industry, ethically sourced from the best European and North American tanneries. Our iPhone 15, 16, and 18 products are handmade and our iPhone 17 products are handcrafted, all using machined metal hardware. Most of our competitors use lower quality leather, even when it technically passes for full grain. Their cases are massed produced by an assembly line, increasing the chances of quality control issues. They also use cheaper materials like plastic, rubber, or aluminum for their hardware.
Enjoy your MagSafe accessories with the utmost confidence, because LUMAZI uses N52 magnets, the strongest in the MagSafe case game. Our cases also have an open bottom design that keeps your iPhone's speakers clear of obstruction, allowing them to sound precisely as they were meant to. This design also ensures maximum compatibility with all USB-C cables and accessories. Several of our competitors have experienced issues with USB-C cable and accessory compatibility due to their closed bottoms.
What's more, you never have to worry about awkward color clashing and mismatching with LUMAZI, because the raised bump protecting your device's camera is the same color as the rest of the case. With many of our competitors' cases, on the other hand, there is a ring around the camera cutout that is a different color than the case, meaning there often ends up being three different colors on the back of your iPhone; the case color, the camera ring color, and the phone color.
Last, but certainly not least, LUMAZI offers free US shipping and a lifetime warranty on all its products.
High quality leather cases like ours offer solid protection. However, most choose leather cases for the balance between luxury and keeping their device safe. There are cases that offer more protection, but they are typically bulky and made of cheap materials like rubber and plastic.
Nothing compares to the look and feel of a high-quality leather case. Your device is high-end. Shouldn't its case be too?
Most customers just use their case and do not worry about any special care. However, if you are obsessive about the appearance and longevity of your leather, our Ultimate Guide: Clean, Sanitize, and Care for Your Leather iPhone Case is for you!
LUMAZI cases are popular in part because they develop the gorgeous patina that premium, full grain leather is coveted for. We do not recommend trying to artificially accelerate this process, but there are methods for doing so available online. You will notice a patina gradually developing within months of using your LUMAZI case daily. Every patina is unique, and develops at a different pace depending on the individual using the case.
While we can only guarantee a perfect fit with our own cases, our MagSafe wallets will work with many MagSafe cases for both iPhones and other devices.
Our Leather MagSafe Wallet can store 3 conventional cards.

I didn’t expect to be this delighted by a phone case. It’s even better in person: gorgeous rich color, beautifully made, and substantial without feeling bulky. The sculptural shape and subtle branding are exactly my taste. The beautiful packaging and actual handwritten note made the whole thing feel genuinely special. I love when an everyday object is made with this much care, and I absolutely love this case.
Great feeling leather case. Tremendous customer service.
Great case and communication. Hopefully they will shrink the footprint of the logo so it is much more subtle in the future but the case looks and feels great.
Quality case it’s the finest no doubt
Amazing cover I love it ❤️
This is my first ever leather case and it is simply amazing.
A huge thank you to LUMAZI's customer service for the quick and consistent responses, and reassurance throughout the entire delivery process.
The case was definitely worth the wait, despite the delays on USPS's end.
5/5 for the quality and for the LUMAZI team, you guys did not disappoint.
Leather quality and fitment are very good. I’ve had leather cases from Andar, Ryan London, Bullstrap, Nomad, YMW and luckcoin. Lumazi quality and figment are up there with Bullstrap, Ryan and Nomad but for half the price. The buttons are just a little bit stiff but do get a little better with use. Customer service is excellent. I had a concern and CS addressed it quickly and smoothly. Would 100% recommend.
The red is so beautiful. Great feeling leather.
My iPhone 17pro case is gorgeous and fits perfectly. Plus the customer service is top notch. This company cares about quality.
I love my new leather case. It feels so smooth and the quality of the leather is obvious. The customer service of this company is outstanding. I wanted to receive my case before I went on vacation and they made sure it got to me on time, and even followed up. This is my go to place for phone cases from now on.
Awesome case
The best iPhone case I’ve ever used. This company is fantastic!
These iphone cases are the best I’ve ever tried. Super high quality and super fast shipping. I can’t rave enough about Lumazi.
Absolutely a great iPhone case. It even smells like leather. It's very well made, iPhone fits tightly in the case and it looks even better. Packaged very well with a hand written thank you note. Who does this anymore? Lamazi, that's who. I was extremely impressed!!!
Feel good and fit in the hand thanks.
I’m impressed by the presentation, fit and finish. Leather looks great, would highly recommend.
Top tier quality and it arrived fast; can’t beat the value
Great case and awesome support! It’s even better with just simple logo.
It’s really beautiful and has a great feel. In the end I prefer the Apple techwofen case, because it has more grip. But if you want to be a bit more original LUMAZI is the best
My first leather case, and I think I selected a great one. The price was too good to pass up. Leather feels and looks great, slightly slippery which I'm sure will go away with age/use. Only knockback is the power button feels much less responsive than the other buttons, I'm having to use a bit more force than I would like, but I can live with that. If y'all made leather Airpod cases I would buy that in a heartbeat.
This case is made with great detail and quality leather. The MagSafe is strong and feels very luxurious in your hand
The case is great and the thoughtful, handwritten note that came along with it was greatly appreciated.
This is my first leather phone case and it is awesome! Fast shipping and a great price! The taupe color was a little more brown compared to the photos online but overall would highly recommend!
Great product
This is the perfect leather iPhone case. I had a leather Apple case for my old phone and this one is nicer.
Fitment was perfect and the color is great. Mag card holder is strong and make a great addition. No complaints about the price after shopping around.
Great case and awesome support.
The case is awesome!, I love this leather case!
Best one that I’ve tried, also triad a few off Amazon and the andor case.. this one is superior.
Great project and the best company to deal with I’ve ever seen.
Took advantage of a recent flash sale and did not expect to end up with the best leather case I've ever owned, especially for that kinda money. It's perfect. Communication was also super friendly. Didn't even have to pay shipping.
